Second to none. The professionalism was profound and the owner, Darren has a great deal of knowledge and insight into the car’s problems. I would highly recommend the using of TLC as they are forensic technically as well as morally in their approach and getting your vehicle back to you in good time and at the best cost.
I actually had a full engine change which of course requires full attention and the car has never ran so smoothly, it’s as if it’s brand new.
Whilst car was in for repair I was provided a courtesy car which was very handy indeed.
Also note, a full update of events were given regularly which I find reassuring. Customer care and attention is key and TLC certainly have this weighed off.
